Dear Friends:

Last weekend’s show with the Finn Gallery here in St. Petersburg, Florida, was made all the more pleasurable by having a bunch of my traveling friends with us.  Maury & Carol Thurman were down from Michigan, as were several past members of the P. Buckley Moss Society Board of Directors.  All enjoyed the nice, warm weather, and everyone loves Clearwater Beach.

Standing, L. to R.:  Marlene Ham, Marlyn DeWaard, me, Marlyn’s sister Carole Priest, and Noreen Newman Johnson.  Ginger Cloonan, seated.  Marlene, Marlyn, Noreen, and Ginger are all past members of the Society’s Board of Directors.  It was a beautiful day, and it was such fun being together and enjoying lunch at the Park Shore Grill.

Noreen and her husband George, middle, visited past Board member Roger Jorn, left, in West Palm Beach.

This picture was taken Friday evening during Finn Gallery’s Open House.  Didn’t we look good!  L. to R.:  Moss Pelicans Chapter President Bonnie-Lou Binnig, me, and Open House volunteer Jacquelyn Byers.

After Sunday’s show with the Finn Gallery, I hosted a spur-of-the-moment dinner at my house for Bonnie-Lou and her husband Dick, Carol and Maury, and my friend Mary Wyatt Allen.

This weekend my daughter Patty and I will drive from St. Pete to Marietta, Georgia, which is an Atlanta suburb, for my show with The Framery.  Gallery owner Barry Watson and I will release my newest print of the Atlanta area, which features Piedmont Park.  My granddaughter Kate lives there and told me that she loves the park and walks there every day.

Spring in Piedmont Park features its namesake in Atlanta, GA.  The giclée on paper will be available in two sizes and will be released during my show with The Framery in Marietta, GA, March 16-17.  For more information, please contact the gallery at 770-977-8667.

I’m so looking forward to seeing my Atlanta friends—members of the Society’s Mossaphile Chapter will be there and we will all laugh a lot and have a good time being together.  I love Barry’s framing, and his family is so supportive of the show, too.  It’s going to be such fun!

After the show, Patty and I will drive up to Virginia, stopping by my Museum in Waynesboro on Monday before continuing on to Mathews.  On Friday, March 22, I have a show with Frame and Design in Lexington, Virginia, and a show with King James Galleries of Winchester on Saturday, March 23.

Col Alto-Lexington, Virginia, will be released during my show with Frame and Design in Lexington, VA, on March 22.  For more information, please contact the gallery at 540-463-1855.

Visiting the Handley Library will be released during my show with King James Galleries of Winchester, Virginia, on March 23.  For more information, please contact the gallery at 540-869-9025.  I’ve also done a mixed media version, in color, of the Handley Library that I will bring with me to the show.

I look forward to seeing you soon!

Love,
Pat
