Dear Friends:
My return to Ashland, Kentucky, this past weekend (September 17th)
was delightful. I saw so many warm, smiling faces, some familiar and
some new to me, including a wonderful group of children who even pitched
in to help out with Designer Art and Framing's show! Jill and Marcinda
and their excellent staff created a very comfortable atmosphere for
both their collectors and me, and it was a pleasure to be with them.
Pat met some young collectors who helped out at the show at Designer
Art and Framing.
I got up at 3:00 a.m. Tuesday last week to head to the
airport and join other members of the P.
Buckley Moss Society for the Society's annual group trip. This time
we're taking a cruise ship from Vancouver to the Hawaiian Islands! My
daughter Patty got up with me and drove me to the airport and returned
to Mathews for a much needed nap! I hope to have pictures to share with
you in the next week or so.
I'll be returning to Virginia just in time for the October 7-9 Barn
Show. I'll be leaving the tropical beauty of the Pacific for a very
different kind of natural beauty, fall foliage in the Shenandoah Valley.
I've created a special print to be released at the Barn Show. Romance
at the Bridge is a fall scene featuring the Valley's famous Humpback
Bridge.
Romance at the Bridge, Pat's print for the Barn Show, October 7-9.
'Til next week, take care!
Love,
Pat
